Who We Are

Via our Website (hosted by Squarespace):
• When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
• When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message.
• When you email us we have your email adress and anything you supply in your email. Our email host is Outlook.
As a Client:
• When you become a client, we collect basic contact details (e.g. name, email, phone number, address, GP Practice) and any relevant information you provide via our client intake form and client contract. We may keep basic notes that are objective and factual relating to sessions to ensure continuity and to provide the best personalised service.
• All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching and EFT services. In rare circumstances, we may be required to share information if:
• We are compelled by a court of law or legal obligation
• There is a risk of serious harm to you or another person (safeguarding concerns)
• There is a medical emergency and sharing is necessary for your safety
Where possible, we will inform you before sharing any information.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information to:
• Respond to your enquiries
• Deliver our coaching and EFT services
• Send newsletters (if you’ve opted in)
• Maintain records for legal or professional purposes
